Refund Policy
- If you would like to request a refund, please contact us via email at contact@genvas.ai.
- We do not offer refunds for credits once they have been used. Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase and only if the credits have not been used.
- Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, unused credits will automatically expire and will not be eligible for a refund.
- If more than 7 business days have passed since your payment, refunds may only be granted in exceptional cases such as payment errors or system malfunctions.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 to 7 business days.
- Please note that once a refund has been processed, it cannot be reversed, so we kindly ask you to proceed with caution.
